What is PTSD?
Post-traumatic stress disorder or PTSD is a debilitating mental health illness that affects roughly 10-20% of the population. While everyone responds to trauma differently, PTSD is often seen in those individuals who have witnessed or experienced a traumatic event.

Signs and Symptoms of PTSD?
- Intrusive Memories: Distressing, recurrent memories of the traumatic event, flashbacks, or nightmares.
- Avoidance: Avoiding places, people, or activities that remind the person of the traumatic event.
- Negative Mood and Thoughts
- Emotional Changes: Experiencing emotional numbness, feeling detached from loved ones, or losing interest in previously enjoyed activities.
