Balanced Diet
Consume a diet rich in vitamin A, C, and E, as well as antioxidants like beta-carotene. Incorporate leafy greens, carrots, citrus fruits, and nuts into your meals.

Stay Hydrated
Proper hydration helps maintain the moisture levels in your eyes. Drink an adequate amount of water throughout the day.

Eye Exercises (Netra Vyayam)
Practice eye exercises like rolling your eyes, blinking rapidly, and focusing on near and distant objects. This helps improve blood circulation and reduce eye strain.

Palming Technique
Rub your palms together to generate heat and gently cup them over your closed eyes. Allow the warmth to relax your eye muscles.

Triphala Eye Wash
Use a mixture of triphala powder and warm water to wash your eyes. Triphala helps soothe irritation and reduce inflammation.

Amla (Indian Gooseberry)
Amla is rich in vitamin C, which supports eye health. Consume fresh amla or drink amla juice regularly.

Avoid Excessive Screen Time
Take regular breaks while working on screens. Follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.

Use Proper Lighting
Ensure that your workspace and living areas are well-lit to reduce strain on your eyes.

Protect from Harsh Sunlight
Wear sunglasses that offer UV protection when you’re outdoors to shield your eyes from harmful UV rays.

Adequate Sleep
Get enough restful sleep to allow your eyes to recover and rejuvenate.

Avoid Rubbing Your Eyes
Rubbing your eyes can irritate them and potentially cause damage. If your eyes are itchy or irritated, try blinking or using eye drops instead.
